FAQs

What should your client know about you?

I’m not just a therapist, I’m someone who truly "gets it". Life gets overwhelming, and sometimes you need a space to breathe, reflect, and feel seen without judgment. I’m here to hold that space with compassion, curiosity, and real tools that actually help. My approach is rooted in both clinical expertise and genuine care. I specialize in supporting mothers, professionals, and individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional exhaustion. You can expect honesty, empathy, and a focus on helping you move forward, not just talk in circles. We’ll laugh, maybe cry, but most importantly, we’ll do the work together. Healing is personal, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to you. I blend evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness with a real-life, no-judgment vibe. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation, and it should give you both insight and tools you can actually use. Whether we’re processing deep emotions, navigating life stress, or setting new goals, I meet you where you are. We’ll work together to uncover patterns, build coping skills, and create a plan that fits your lifestyle, your values, and your version of peace. Growth looks different for everyone, and I’m here to support yours every step of the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and supported, with practical strategies you can actually use in real life. Whether we’re working through stress, setting boundaries, navigating emotions, or healing from the past, I aim to give you both clarity and direction. Clients often say they leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and motivated to make meaningful changes. You’ll gain coping tools, mindset shifts, and a deeper understanding of yourself, plus a safe space to just be without judgment. My goal is to help you walk away not just feeling better, but also equipped to do better for yourself.

I am self-pay. What happens after I book a session or course?

After payment is submitted, you will receive an email with your intake paperwork and a scheduling link to choose a date and time that works best for you.

Are your courses and assessments approved for court use?

Some of our services may meet court or legal requirements, but we strongly recommend checking with your court or legal representative prior to enrolling to ensure our course or assessment is accepted in your specific case.

What’s included in the Strategy Sessions?

Our Strategy Sessions (Self-Care and Parenting Burnout) include a 1-hour therapeutic consultation, exploration of current stressors, and creation of a personalized wellness plan delivered straight to your inbox within 48-72 hours of your session.

How does Walk & Talk Therapy work?

Walk & Talk Therapy takes place outdoors at a mutually agreed-upon public location. After booking, you’ll receive paperwork and scheduling instructions. It’s a great option for clients who feel more relaxed talking while moving or who benefit from nature-based healing.
